To guarantee the operational safety of existing structures, we execute decisive diagnostic protocols divided into strategic phases:
- Preliminary Assessment and Geotechnics: Specialized visual inspection by experts and seismic refraction studies to understand the soil-structure interaction.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Application of state-of-the-art technology such as sclerometry and reinforcement scanning using Georadar (GPR) to assess integrity without compromising the structure.
- Mechanical and Chemical Analysis: We perform core extractions to check concrete resistance and chemical laboratory analyses (chlorides, PH and carbonation) to determine the remaining shelf life.
